problem with plotting iterative solution of elliptic equation

Hi, I am solving elliptic equation in two dimensions using finite difference. i am solving this iteratively. In the 2D plot the velocity should be higher at the center and should reduce towards the sides. But, I am not getting this plot. The plot that i am getting is something different. Can you please help me with this ? i have attached the matlab file for testing. Thank you so much.
