how to connect 2 pipelines through the valve, depending on the temperature in Simscape ?

I`m on the model of valve, which allows to pass a water flow through itself between 2 pipelines, depending on the temp (i.e. if the T1=> 60° C, the valve is closing ) I`m going to use relief valve the picture describes more clear :

So, should I use 2 Hydraulic pipes, 2 way relief valve and ideal temp sensor ? like here:

Please, correct me, if it possible. Thank you.
