I want to insert a Matrix in a simulink Model

Hey I tried to fitt in a Matrix like this [ t;n;v] [0 0 0 1 0 1850 2 1,2 2200 .. ... ...] ina simulink model. It should simulate an Vehicle in the WMTC-test Cycle. I tried via Lookup table but i was not able to find the right form. So thanks for your help
