How to let equalize one class-defined object with another?

For example, I have a class named ServiceClass

ServiceObj = ServiceClass;
ServiceObj.id =1;
ServiceObj.time=1;
ServiceObjNext = ServiceClass;
ServiceObjNext = ServiceObj;%%

I get index exceeds dimensions, any help?
