x^2y''+xy'+(x^2-(1/16))y=0

The solution to that pair of simultaneous equations is y(x) = 0. You can easily test this with dsolve()

Hi Furkan, these are bessel functions of order 5 and 1/4 respectively, see Matlab besselj and bessely.
