Hi, i'm new to matlab. is there any tools to perform GA optimization on FCM clustering in matlab?.

i want to use FCM on clustering and input my missing data and perform GA to optimize it. i'm hoping to have a best result on number of centroid and fuzzifier combination that minimize the RMSE. is there any tool to handle that in matlab? many thank for your responses.
