i want to get the height width and depth of any object in front of the kinect??

I am trying to get the distance between the object and the kinect. in order to do so i need to know how can i get the "height width and depth" of any object in front of the kinect? if any one know please help. and if you have a piece of code in regard and want to share it, it is highly appreciated.

corresponding to the pixels in between where each pixel represents the distance of the closest object seen by kinect, where each pixel value represents the distance in millimeters. ?? how these pixels is counted !! here is the key
