I want to model sine wave UPS system of 800 watts using 48 volts battery .the output voltage must b 230 volts AC sinusoidal without using transformer so i want first boost the 48 volts dc to 400 volts then invert in AC kindly help me

The technology for DC to DC transformer mostly goes through AC, unless you use a power FET. But if your target is ac anyhow then it is not clear that avoiding the ac gets you any benefit.
