To show multiple images on image viewer block on simulink according to the output execute

I am designing a image viewing system where image will be displayed according to the output obtained .. for example .. if output =1 then 'x' image will be displayed .. if output = 2 'y' image will be displayed and if output = 3 then 'z' image will be displayed .. and so on .. now the task is that .. i want to show all these images with only one image viewer block .. that means on single image viewer block as output is obtained .. the previous output image should get replace by new output image .. how to do this in simulink design ?
