How to plot 4 variables (x,y,z,stress) ?

Hello,
I have four variables x,y,z axis and shear stress.
How can I plot those data ? Please let me know
Thank you.
For example below
x-coordinate y-coordinate z-coordinate wall-shear
-2.00E-02 -5.13E-13 -1.25E-03 9.92E+00
-2.00E-02 -9.96E-05 -1.25E-03 8.12E+00
-2.00E-02 1.00E-04 -1.25E-03 8.39E+00
-2.00E-02 -1.99E-04 -1.23E-03 8.12E+00
-2.00E-02 2.00E-04 -1.23E-03 8.10E+00
-2.00E-02 -2.98E-04 -1.21E-03 8.80E+00
-2.00E-02 2.99E-04 -1.21E-03 8.23E+00

pointsize = 30;
scatter3( x(:), y(:), z(:), pointsize, sheer(:))

Thank you for your reply.
I tried it, but it does not look good.
Can you check the attachment ?
Is there another way to plot it such as Contour?
Thank you again

You could consider isosurface() or slice()
