how do I use run-time parameter with simscape gas-charged accumulator

how do I use run-time parameter with simscape gas-charged accumulator? The toggle menu is grayed out so I can't change from compile-time to run-time.

I know that this is an older question. As of a few years ago, all parameters in the Gas-charged Accumulator are run-time capable.
