A simulink simulation crashed and now, when I open Matlab, the command window is off screen. I cannot do anything.
I am running version 2014a. Is there someway I can reset the position of the command window to the default by one of the files in the bin folder or something?

Windows 8. Should have included that. But, I believe the answer below has fixed things. Thanks for your interest.

In particular with newer versions I think you would be wanting to move aside MATLABDesktop.xml and Your_Saved_LayoutMATLABLayout.xml
