How can i save the output of command window ?

Hi, I have run a loop and displays the output in the form of table. I used diary command to save the output in text file. But the file from diary command contain some unnecessary things like '</strong><strong>' and it distrubs the arrangement of whole output.
Can somebody guide me in resolving this issue ?
