I can't install the english version of matlab mobile from the german App Store. There is only a japanese language available. Can someone help me?

I have the same question. I use MATLAB mobile in Japan, but I want to use Chinese as UI language. I tried many ways but still can not change UI language from Japanese to Chinese. Please help~
