Is there an equivalent command to "Unit delay" box of simulink in Matlab ?

I need to use the same function of a unit delay box in matlab to prepare a discrete system.

Alternatively, if you know the equations to the system, you could also use the Symbolic Math toolbox. For more information on this, you can check the documentation linked below:
