Different size matrix

Hi, I have a problem: I have two matrix of different size, in matrix one, I have indices of locations of all R waves my algorithm has detected (of the ECG signal), in matrix two, I have the indices of locations of R waves that are false, but these indices are less than the ones of the matrix one. How can I subtract two matrix of different size like these ones?

I want matrix one minus matrix two.

How do you propose to do this? Please provide a small example with data/operation/output

I do not think you want to subtract the matrices. I think you want to use setdiff()
