I want to increase the value of something by using the arrow keys.

I would like to be able to increase a number by pressing on the right arrow key, and decrease it by pressing on the left arrow key. I would like it to increase or decrease by 10 each time starting at 10: 10, 20, 30, 40,.....

Emily - are you trying to link the arrow key presses to some value that is displayed in a GUI? Please describe which number you want to increase and where it is being updated.
