IGBT Model in Simulink

Hi all!! Nice to meet you!

My name is Mahesh and actually I am trying to implement a real model of an IGBT in simulink. I have used ideal model IGBT implemented in SimPowerSystems but the next step in my work is to modify the IGBT model according to the datasheet and IGBT is SKM 100GB128D

So please,can anyone show me an IGBT real model block to compare with mine?
