Supported Compilers for 2016b Windows 64

Which compilers are compatible with the 2016b edition? I have not had success with 'Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Professional SP1' or 'Intel parallel studio 2017' so I'm confused how to proceed.

• MingW 4.9.2 -- not supported for MATLAB Compiler or MATLAB Compiler SDK
• MS Visual C++ 2012 Professional, 2013 Professional, 2015 Professional (Express / Community editions are not supported), MS SDK 7.1 -- supported for everything
• Intel Parallel Studio XE 2015 for C/C++, Intel Parallel Studio XE 2016 for C/C++, Intel C++ Composer XE 2013 -- not supported for anything other than MEX
