Why I can´t get ping between a FPGA and my PC in the FPGA-in-the-Loop test?

Features:
FPGA = Virtex 5 XUPV5 LX110T 
IP Host Computer = 192.168.0.3
Board IP Address = 192.168.0.2
MAC Address = 00-0A-35-02-21-8A
Crosscable
GMII interface configured on the FPGA

After running this test I receive a "FIL failed".

 I try try  to do ping on cmd (ping 192.168.0.2) and I receive the message "Destination Host Unreachable"
