How to trigger MOSFET in Simscape?

I need to trigger MOSFET using Simscape. I am looking for an equivalent of pulse generator where I can give switching frequency, duty cycle etc. Unfortunately, I am not able to merge pulse generator with Simscape.

Add pulse generator and set value in it... Be sure to add powergui block...

But a pulse generator cannot be added to Simscape. It can only be added to simulink.
