Step response of the model G=(-2.6e(-5)*Z^5+0.000126*Z^4-0.0002556*Z^3+0.0002716*Z^2-0.0001503*Z+3.429e(-5))/(Z^6-5.762*Z^5+13.83*Z^4 17.7*Z^3+12.74*Z^2-4.889*Z+0.7814) is very different in simulink and matlab. Even though the poles are just inside the unit circle the system response when using in Simulink transfer function is showing unstable response for unit step.

I have also checked for some other nonminimum phase system with poles very close to unit circle the results are showing unstable response in Simulink and stable in Matlab.
