need a suggestion on classifiers

hi, everyone, i need one clarification regarding the classification of features which i got from document images one of my friend said and shown the classification using classification learners app which is present in the matlab 2015b. now my question is that is it good to use those classifiers which are present in matlab software can i write those results in my papers.
