mouseover function for Block Callback

Is there any Callback function or any other way to display Annotation of the Block when mouse pointer is rolled over a Block in Simulink ?

Like when the mouse pointer is rolled over a block it displays the annotation. I found this example which uses S-Function Blocks calling javascript for the same purpose.
