cannot setup MEX with R2014b Visual Studio 2015 Windows 10

I have MATLAB R2014b installed on windows 10, I also have VS 2015 installed with latest version of SDK, I cannot setup MEX with SDK even when I created MSSdk file in Environment variables,Advanced,Control Panel with value as the path,what should I do? The Path is : C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SDKs\Windows\v7.1A\Bin I know this version of MATLAB need SDK 7.1(the folder I tried to point with MSSdk) which is older but for my application in VS2015 I need the latest SDK so I cannot downgrade(even if it was possible).

R2015b was the first version with Windows 10 support.
