subplot: how to align ylabels?

I have a subplot, subplot(2,2,1),subplot(2,2,2)..etc so I have a total of 4 plots, but my ylabels are not aligned. Anybody know is there a good way to fix this problem? I tried a few options,such as ylim. The problem is that I dont wanna change my yscale. Thanks in advance.
