sum of doubles into cell arrays

I have a cell, called A with 1*7 cell, then each cell has 1*3 other cells and each of them has 10* 1300 doubles.

I want cell B with 1*7 cell, each cell has 1*3 cell and each of them has sum of columns (1*1300).
