How to use findpeaks?

I am having trouble distinguishing all the ways that the function findpeaks can be used. I understand that 'MinPeakHeight' is used to find peaks of a specified minimum height. What are some other keywords that can be used to manipulate how Matlab runs findpeaks, and what do they do?
