Shortcuts for the Git "Manage Branches" ?

This window is extremely useful and I'm trying to see if there's a way to open it other than a right click on Current Folder white space and two menu clicks. It doesn't show up in keyboard shortcuts list. Matlab/Java code could be good too.

I believe that as per the following documentation:

Branch and merge with git

The only way to do it is the one you describe.
