Data transformation into polygons

Hi all,

I need to transform a dataset into polygons without any free space. Using a convex hull techniques i got free space in between the polygons.

for example from this dataset http://i.imgur.com/y0uYf.png the result is http://i.imgur.com/JJSbL.png
