How to create animation 3d animation graph

Im trying to do 3d animation graph that sequence plotting let say : - x,y, z scale is 0-100 - when x =1 until 100, z=1 until 100, y=0 - when x =2 until 100, z=2 until 100, y=1 -y will loop until 100.

-i cant find the solution...
