Are you trying to import data generated by the SQL query in the SQL file and load the data from the cursor object into a MAT file? Can you give more details about your workflow?

@VIVEK MEHTA , I assume that the .sql file you have is a dump of table data, you should first load it into a database using tools like 'MySQL' or 'SQLite'. After loading the contents of .sql file , please follow the below article for importing data into MATLAB from MySQL® database table : https://www.mathworks.com/help/database/ug/database.mysql.connection.sqlread.html
