swapping numbers

I have a set of numbers say data=[3 5 7 1 2 15...100],having 100 values,i need to swap every element and need the answer in ascending order,i want to take first 20 values,swap,ten next 20swap,...please help

The question is not clear yet. Can you give a unique definition and a small example? What have you tried so far and which problems occurred - e.g. error messages?
