How to measure rms value of chopped sine wave in Simulink?

I have a chopped sine wave i.e. unipolar SPWM at my output and I have used the DRMS block, rms block in SimPowerSystems and rms block in DSP system toolbox, but none of them are giving the desired output i.e 115V. The output is 143V. What could be the problem? Plz help
