Closest point from a row of a matrix to a row in another matrix

Hi I have 2 matrices (they are different sizes and are about 140,000 x 3). They represent approximately similar figures. Let A= 100 x 3 and B be 110 x 3. For each point in A I need to find the point in B, which is closest to the point in A and discard all other points. I tried to do a loop within a loop, but that's just tooooooooo slow. Any suggestions? Thank you
