facial image detection using GA algorithm

Hi please help me,I do this project I used the Noise Reduction filter, then used canny edge detector on this images and for As the characteristics of each image, I calculated the average vectors of the rows and columns, Now how do I use this vector features in the genetic algorithm to do the final diagnosis on the images? Thanks
