Using CFTool for 10 parameters

I am trying to practice regression with multiple variables and I have a 365x10 matrix with 10 different attributes for each day of the year and 365 results that are somehow related to those 10 parameters.

I tried to use regress, but didn't find the result convincing. Original results are changing between 431 and 6043, whereas if I apply same parameters to the training set, I get values between -183 and 2.12e+12. So, I don't think that's useful.

This is why I try to use CFTool. I have 10 attributes so this is a multivariable regression. I open the cftool, I select 365x10 matrix in x and 365x1 matrix in y boxes but the tool gives data sizes are incompatible warning. I searched the community a little bit but couldn't figure out how to use CFTool for my analysis. I appreciate any help.
