matrix

[A] of 12 × 12 is positive semidefinite matrix
Is formed with only the first row of [A21] and [A22] as nonzero elements:
If B =1 and (A21)ij/B = (A22)ij/B = 6.0×105
(j = 1, 2, .. ,6).
I can’t write the matrix with their 12x 12 elements, please can you help me
[Information from duplicate question]
Hi,
I want to write the matrix S,which is 12x12 and it is positive semidefinite matrix.
Weighting matrice [S] is formed with only the first row of [S21] and [S22]as nonzero elements:
note that
(S)ij/R = (S22)ij/R = 6.0×105
(j = 1, 2, ... ,6)
and
R=1
Please help me.Thanks in advance

Are S21 and S22 some other matrices distinct from S, or does S21 indicate S(2,1) ?
