How to specify the exact number of leaf (terminal) nodes in Regression Tree

How do Ifit a regression tree to my data (10 variables X1 to X10), 100-observations, each obs has Y-repsonse value) with a set number of leafs (aka terminal nodes)?
I tried to use fitrtree (X,Y) but I could not find option to define # of leafs (e.g. 5 or 10).
