Using data from cell arrays

Hello All,

I have a 1x2 cell called All which again contains 1x1024002 values each. I need to manipulate these values together. I am trying the following code but it does not work.

    value_PCA(:,:) = All{1,2};

where All is 1x2 cell. I am getting the following error : Conversion to cell from double is not possible. Please let me know how to proceed. Thanks!

 value_PCA = cat(1,All{:});

yes but it again created a matrix of 1x2 size which internally contains those 1x1024000 values. I need those values directly outside.
