Newton Raphson method

Hi, I am trying to use the matlab algorithm from the file "Non-linear equations system solver (Newton Raphson)" by Felipe Mendes but I am having problem. I need to use it with input x=[x1;x2;x3] and output f=y1=a1*x1+a2*x2+a3*x3+a12*x1*x2+...+a11*x1^2+...+c As I don't know much from programming, could someone please help me with the final algorithm I have to use? Appreciate any help!
