How work %<LastModificationDate>

Hi all, I've a trange behaviour of %<LastModificationDate> field in Model Info pannel for a model under clearcase version. The behaviour is : - user A opens the model (under clearcase isin check-in state and should be write protecte..I hope!!!) and found a specific date inside the file (e.g. 01-Apr-2015). - user B opens the same model, always in check-in state (read only) and found a different date in same field. Inside "Model Info" pannel there is another field updated automatically (%<ModelVersion>) and for both users are alligned. For both user tne information showed in "File->Model Properties" are aligned. Someone can me suggest a justification about this.
