how can i calculate psnr of special blocks of image

Hi, I have a 512x512 image and I want to calculate PSNR of part of image for example ROI region of it?for ROI region I have 12 blocks with same size but different places in original image and I want to calculate PSNR of them together

Your question is a little unclear. Do you mean that you have a single ROI specified by 12 blocks? How?
