Is it possible to add in a customized toolbar the white arrow (Edit Plot) functionality?

Hello,

I am working on a GUI with an axes and I would like the user to have the option of eliminating certain "lines" of the plot, which is possible in a usual figure via the white arrow button.

When you are in the toolbar editor (GUIDE) it is possible to add some of the standard figure buttons, but the white arrow is not one of them. Would it be possible to add it?

Probably the white arrow has some extra functionalities that may not make sense on a GUI, would it be a better option to program myself a "deleting button"?
