How to plot graphs for leach protocol

I have implemented leach clustering topology in circular network for which matlab code has been attached below. But i am unable to plot different graphs for comparison such as packets_to_BS versus number of nodes, alive nodes verses number of nodes, etc. Please help me with the plotting of these graphs. Thanks a lot.
