How can i select few random pixel positions from a frame of video and view the variation of pixel intensities at that position in all frames?

Actually i need to plot the variation of pixel intensities of a video at fixed random positions. I got the random positions using randperm function, i am struggling in the plot, how can i get the plot of the intensities and video on the same window. I want ti get the plot as a continuous signal with different colors for different pixel positon?
