interpret the probabilities produced by mnrval()

If I use a group of mortgage data (one obs for each mortgage with the event being default/prepay) to fit in mnrfit() and then get predicted probabilties from mnrval(), would these probabilities "monthly probabilities","yearly probabilities", "instantaneous probabilities", or "lifetime probabilities"? Thanks.
