Upload files to web server

I have access to web server and want to upload files like images from MATLAB to that server. my knowledge about servers and protocols is very basic so I just want to use a connection code lines to connect from MATLAB and upload, download files through MATLAB.

The server I am using through SFTP protocol port 22
