Return zero value due to transferring from gui1 to gui2

I want to transfer a parameter value (Ta) from gui1 to gui2 but I get an error.

I set breakpoint and I realized that it does not transfer and I get zero value at gui2.

this is my whole code (please download that) and I will be very thankful to any suggestion and I hope somebody can to solve my problem in the world because I got stuck here for many days.
