when I start MATLAB without Admin Privilege:
C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2015b\toolbox\local\pathdef.m: Cannot open file: permission denied.

You need to run MATLAB once as administrator to properly initialize C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2015b\toolbox\local\pathdef.m
